By Car
Directions from the M62:
- Exit the M62 at junction 20
- Follow A627(M) towards Manchester
- As the Motorway becomes a dual carriageway, turn left at first major traffic lights (A699) Middleton Road, then second left into Burnley Street
- Take the second left next to Chadderton Wellbeing Centre into Andrew Street
- The Stadium is located on your right-hand side, approximately 150 yards down the street.
- There is limited parking in the stadium but you can park on the Asda car park, opposite Andrew Street, for 3 hours.
- PLEASE DO NOT park on the streets surrounding the ground as they are for permits and residents only. You run a high risk of getting a ticket and upsetting our neighbours. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Directions from the M60:
- At Junction 21, exit towards A663/Chadderton/Rochdale/A627(M)
- Take Broadway/A663
- Merge onto Semple Way/A6104
- Turn right onto Broadway/A663
- Turn right onto Middleton Rd/A669 then take your second left on to Burnley Street
- Take the second left ,next to Chadderton Wellbeing Centre into Andrew Street
- The stadium is located on your right-hand side, approximately 150 yards down the street.

By Tram:
Both the Freehold and Westwood Metrolink stops are situated within close proximity to the Stadium. Each stop is approximately a 15 minute walk away from the ground. Head for Asda Chadderton and precinct on Middleton Road. Andrew street is situated opposite the main Asda car park entrance on Burnley Street.
By Bus:
The following bus routes can be used to travel to the stadium, ask the driver for the Asda Chadderton Stops and follow any of the directions above:
- 59: Manchester to Rushcroft
- 24: Manchester to Rochdale
- 181/182: Manchester to Rochdale
- 419: Ashton to Middleton
- 406: Oldham to Firwood Park Circular
By Train:
The nearest train station is Mills Hill. Once leaving the platform head east up Middleton Road and follow directions above. It is an approximate 20 minute walk.
